How do I return an item?
To start the return process, please contact American Cash Machines customer service at 561-420-0998 to obtain a return of merchandise authorization (RMA): Merchandise cannot be returned without an RMA. Once an RMA is issued, returns must be received within 30 days. All returns must be double-boxed, and the RMA number needs to be visible on the shipping label. Once a return has been received, you can expect a refund within five business days.
Returning working items in new condition: Returns of working items in new condition can be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new condition, and in their original packaging. Missing parts or damage to the unit or packaging will result in a restocking fee (see below). Shipping charges to the American Cash Machines return center are not covered and an RMA is required. Returning working items in less-than-new condition: Items that work properly but are missing their original packaging, are damaged, or are deemed to be in less-than-new condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase. These items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and missing or damaged parts may result in further devaluation fees. Shipping charges to the American Cash Machines return center are not covered and an RMA is required. Returning out-of-box defective items: Defective items claimed within 30 days of purchase may be returned for refund or replacement. American Cash Machines will issue a pre-paid shipping label that covers shipping charges from the owner to our warehouse, and no restocking fee will apply. American Cash Machines reserves the right to determine whether the product was defective or in working condition at the time of sale, therefore all returns are tested and evaluated by our technical department. If, after technical inspection, the item is determined to be in working order, the return will be treated as a working item in new condition or less-than-new condition and appropriate restocking fees, shipping fees, and product devaluation fees may apply. Exchanges: If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, and it is not practical for you to wait for the unit to be returned to American Cash Machines and a replacement sent out via the usual process described above, then you can place a new order. American Cash Machines will ship the new unit at no charge and a pre-paid shipping label will be included to return the defective item. Once the defective item has been received at the American Cash Machines return center, a refund for the original purchase will be issued within five business days.
